Can CryptNode withdraw my crypto or move my funds?
No. CryptNode only requires trading permissions on your exchange API key — never withdrawal access. We can place buy and sell orders on your behalf, but we cannot move funds out of your exchange account under any circumstances.
Do you guarantee profits?
No, and you should be skeptical of any service that does. Crypto markets are volatile and all trading carries risk. CryptNode gives you a data-driven edge with AI-powered signals and automated risk controls, but past performance does not guarantee future results. Always trade with money you can afford to lose.
What is paper trading?
Paper trading simulates real trades using a virtual $10,000 balance — no real money is involved. It’s the best way to get familiar with the bot, test your strategy settings, and build confidence before switching to live mode.
How do I connect my exchange?
From your dashboard, go to Settings and paste in your exchange API key and secret. CryptNode supports Coinbase, Binance, Bybit, OKX, and Kraken. Each exchange has a guide on how to create a read + trade only API key — we recommend following it to keep your account secure.
What trading pairs does CryptNode support?
CryptNode monitors 20+ pairs by default including BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE, AVAX, LINK, and more. You can enable or disable individual pairs from your settings.
How often does the bot trade?
The AI checks market conditions every 60 seconds by default and only acts when a signal meets your minimum confidence threshold. On quieter days it may make no trades at all. You can also set a daily trade limit to keep activity within a range you’re comfortable with.
Can I stop the bot at any time?
Yes. You can pause or disable the bot instantly from your dashboard with a single toggle. Your open positions stay open on your exchange — the bot simply stops placing new orders until you re-enable it.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your account and trade history are retained for 30 days after cancellation. The bot stops running immediately on cancellation. Any open positions remain on your exchange and are not automatically closed — you manage them directly.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your API keys are encrypted and your trading activity is only visible to you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
I’m new to crypto — is this for me?
CryptNode is designed to be approachable for beginners, but you should understand the basics of how crypto exchanges work before running a live bot. We strongly recommend starting in paper trading mode, reviewing your results, and only switching to live trading when you feel confident.
